3 Rounds of:
20 Jumping Jacks
20 Alternating Lunge and Reach Overhead (10 per side)
15 Sit Ups
10 Spiderman’s (5 per side)
5 Jump Squats

Mobility Wod Challenge
Accumulate 10 minutes in the bottom of an Air Squat
*Chest must be up. Heels are flat on ground. Knees in line with toes. Hip crease below knee if heels stay flat and chest is upright.
*You may use something to help hold you up in bottom of squat. Example: Beam, back of couch, broomstick, etc.
*You can come up out of squat for a break but no rest longer than 5 seconds.
