*The goal is to lift a new heavy load possible for a set of 5 reps while
maintaining sound technique. Adequate rest (i.e., 3-5 minutes) must be taken
between these sets to maximize loading.
*Newer/Beginner athletes are to keep loads at a weight that allow for proper technique and focus more on mechanics than going too heavy.
